“Shut up Heather,” my friend Olivia says while we make a Tik Tok. We finish the Tik Tok but “should I post it,” I ask myself. No, I look terrible but yes because it looks really good. “Are you going to post it,” Olivia asks me. “Yea I will.” I couldn’t not post it, if Tik Tok is my passion and I hold myself back then I won’t be able to continue. So, if I need to deal with myself looking bad then I will. Because I will continue to do it because I love it. Tik Tok became my passion when my friends and I made a competition. Whoever gets to 1,000 followers first wins. I am nowhere near but filming them is still really fun. I used to do musical.ly but then yea you know it kind of ended. I had 200 followers on my old account, but I didn’t think it was fair if I just used that account. Since then I have been making Tik Toks and watching them quite a bit. It really became my passion when I realized how fun they were to make, and I see them all day every day. All of my friends do the dance

    Every year my family celebrates Christmas and Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve. my family either travels to my grandma's house or they come to our house. By they I mean my aunt, two cousins, and grandma. So the traveling happens and at night during that day we all open one present so we can have something to do that night. When they arrive we put all of the gifts under the tree and it is a lot of presents. Also, later that night I help my aunt wrap my cousins presents. Then I go to bed.     On Christmas day I wake up really early but I am not going to wake up my whole family so I just watch TV. Later in the morning everyone gets up and we might eat breakfast but probably not. So, we open presents and that takes like an hour. We take a bunch of pictures and then my cousins begin to open all the gifts and play with them. If we hadn't eaten breakfast then we eat after the presents and just chill for the rest of the day. But everything just depends because I also have to go to

Once upon a time a  women  named carol loved to eat candy. She ate  candy  all day everyday her favorite was the little mints with swirls in them. She works for a driving company she drives a  green and yellow truck . She loves her job but she never really wanted to be a truck driver. She has always been very  passionate and in love with instruments . Even though she loves music she wont ever be able to be a musician she had tried and failed and now given up. Don't follow in her footsteps when you fail do again and again. To conclude that is my story including the emojis up above.

I honor veterans every day because they fight for us, thus risking their lives. All of the people who fought for us and made it back/ or didn’t, chose to risk their lives, and we should all honor them. They are the reason, we are here today: without them, none of us would have the life we have today. When you say the pledge just remember why we say it. It promotes patriotism. From active members to veterans who are still alive or not they chose and knew they might never see their families again just so we all could stay with ours. Lastly, a veteran to me is someone who fought for us and risked their lives each and every day. For some years now people who join the military have had the choice to. Back in the 1940-1973 if you were a guy and you were 21 years old you would get a letter saying you have to join.  Now since they choose and join just for us it means so much more. Lastly, each and everyday people from 17 to how ever old it is in the branch you are in which is fantastic

The first photo is of a friendly neighbor and me. My class and I were walking around town and I noticed she was outside working on her garden. So, I asked if she would take a picture with me, and she gladly said sure. I have seen her quite a few times and she was really nice and friendly. Lastly, yes I probably look really weird but we had spirit week and it was school color day. To conclude that is the description of the first photo. The second picture is a leaf while we were walking I saw this leaf and it looked perfect. There were no other leaves around it that looked so great. I took the picture at the beginning of the walk so it may be a little blury because we were rushing a little bit. To conclude that is really all I have to say about this picture. The last picture is of a tree, I find them really pretty when just looking at them in real life. Since it is fall the tree was turning colors and losing leafs. The road that this tree was on was covered with leaves and walking in

Something that really surprised me on the Student Blogging Challenge website about copyright is that you couldn't use google images. I always thought you could if you left the website it was from but you can't at all. You can only post someone else's picture if they give you permission. I'm not going to use Google images freely now because I don't want to get sued. Also, if its an easy picture that I need I am just going to go outside and take it by myself. Lastly, I don't believe I will ever really need a picture from google unless it's for a school project. Anyway to conclude those are my thoughts on copyright and google.

We have been working with run-on sentences, and different ways to avoid  writing them. Our teacher asked us to create three different memes; each containing a sentence that shows a different way to avoid run-ons. Each meme's sentence must connect to the meme.

My name is Brooklyn I’m in 8 th grade in Chadwick Illinois. Some things I look for in a person is that they can’t be rude, they have to be caring, trustful, funny, smart, and clean.   Gabriela, my first ever pet, was so nice, she was a kitten, that was very fluffy. Things that interest me are what my mom does for her work, sports, and current events happening. Funny, not patience, and smart are a few of my traits. When I was six or seven, I moved from Lena to Chadwick so something I wish I could change is not moving here. It’s not that I don’t like it here I just want to know what would happen if I never moved. My favorite hobbies are playing sports such as volleyball, I like to draw but I’m not the best at it, and I like to collect shells.   A few things I do in my free time are play my sports, watch tv, and go shopping. With my sports though I don’t have much time to do much. My bucket list contains becoming a lawyer, doing good in my sports, and going to the Bahamas. I have a
